Ring - Sarah Coventry. "LOVE STORY" - October birthstone from 1973. Silvertone with 2 Rose Zircon-colored heart-shaped glass rhinestones. Ring top is 11/16" in diameter. Adjustable. Very good condition with wear to the band and slightly mis-shapen from wear that would be hard to see when worn.
