Pin - Sarah Coventry. Item #2032 was originally called "PUFFED HEART" in the 1981 "the new Sarah Coventry Headline" small catalog (page 7), but the name was changed to "AFFECTION" in the 1982 "Soft & Sensational" catalog (pg 41 shows the silvertone version but lists the goldtone piece using the same 2032 stock number - it is also priced $3 higher than in 1981). Shiny goldtone shaped, puffed heart is 1 1/8" long, 1 3/16" across. Very good condiiton.
